Uncompromised Objectivity Through Independence
No commissions are accepted for UAS Family Office Clients. We are compensated based on an agreed upon flat fee determined by the scope of services a family may require. This agreement removes the inherent conflicts of interest that arise in most other compensation methods. Additionally, UAS did not start with one dominant core family as some notable multi-family offices have. This avoids concerns of the "Original Family" receiving any priority treatment or advice. Lastly, we are not owned by any brokerage firm, bank, or other product-driven financial institution. Multiple relationships with asset-custodians (where investments are held), broker-dealers (where investment trades are placed) and banks are maintained for our clients to ensure the best service and cost mix is available.

Access to institutional level investments (typically carrying much lower expenses) is available to UAS Family Office clients because the wealth of the families as a whole may reach the substantial minimum investment dollar amounts that are normally required.
